Can I request for a refund , return & exchange ? Yes , you can !

  • Each item is only eligible for exchange once 每个商品仅限于更换一次
  • We only accept exchange for the following reasons:

         - Size does not fit 尺码不适合

         - You received a defect item / wrong size              
           / item 签收的货物与订单的不符/有瑕疵

  • Please check your order before checking out. Change of items will not be allowed once your order have been sent out for delivery 请在下单前确认好款式和颜色 货物寄出后 我们不接受任何更换颜色或款式的需求。
  • Return & Refund are not allowed in our stores . Goods sold are not refundable 我们不提供任何退货或退款的服务 。货物售出皆无法退货退款 
  • Exchange request is only valid within 3 days of receiving the product(s) . Kindly contact our CS within 3 days to make your exchange request  若产品有瑕疵/需更换尺码 消费者需在收到包裹的三天内通知客服 超过三天后 一概不受理
  • Exchange product(s) must be returned in original condition with original product packaging, labels and also unwashed 更换商品需保留原有的标签 ,吊牌 ,包装袋子, 并且不可清洗


How to request for an exchange ?

  • Kindly contact us for an exchange request by submitting your Order ID and a photo of the defective or wrong item 请联系客服申请退换货物 并且提供订单号码&货物瑕疵图片
  • Once we approved your request, kindly arrange the return within 5 days . Any return of the item exceeding 5 days is not acceptable 客服同意退换后 请在5天内把货物寄出 。若货物超过五天未寄出 退换申请将被取消 
  • If the item(s) returned is washed / not in the original condition, exchange request will be turn down directly 更换商品如有发现任何瑕疵、损坏等问题,更换申请将直接被驳回。


Who will need to cover the shipping fees ?

  • Extra shipping fee incurred for change of items (change of size) will not be beared by us注:我们将不负责更换商品的额外邮费,价额会在商品寄出后另行通知
  • Shipping fees will be fully covered by our team only if you received wrong items /size / colour / quantity or defect items 我们将承担所有错误商品、错误尺码、错误颜色、错误数量及瑕疵等问题的邮寄费用
