Payment & orders 

• Payment shall be made within 24 hours  所有订单需在24小时内完成汇款
• We accept Bank Transfer , TNG Payment & Duit Now QR payment mehthod 我们接受线上银行转账 , 电子钱包 (TNG) & Duit Now QR 付款方式
• Order will be automatically canceled if you failed to make payment within 24 hours 如订单在24小时内未完成汇款 订单将会被系统自动取消。
• Cancellation/ Refund is not allowed once payment is completed 汇款后一律不可退款/取消订单。

When will my order be shipped out ? ( Ready Stock Items )

• Once your order is placed and payment is complete we will process and ship out your order within 48 hours 所有现货商品将在汇款后48小时内安排寄出 
• Tracking code will be sent through email once the parcel is shipped 包裹寄出後，追踪單號會通過電子郵件發出。

When will my order be shipped out ? ( Backorder Items)

• Backorder will be closed on every MONDAY 返单款订单会在每个星期一截单
• We usually took around 2-3 weeks to process & ship out backorder items 返单款预计会在截单日期后2-3个星期左右到货。

NOTE : If you placed an order on Sunday, your order batch will be cut off on Monday. Your order is estimated to arrive within 2-3 weeks starting from the cut off date . 如果您在星期日下单返单款 ，我们将会在星期一截单。您的订单预计会在截单日期后2-3个星期左右到货。

• Every batch cut off date will be displayed on our announcement bar 每个星期的截单日期都将会在通告栏上显示

West Malaysia 西马 : RM8 ( RM200 FREE SHIPPING ) 

East Malaysia 东马 : RM15 

Self Pickup : Alor Setar , Kedah
